Beautiful Paver Paver Patio Sealing and Restoration in New Jersey

Approximately 15 years ago these pavers were installed. Like anything else they need to be maintained. Here these paver stones were thoroughly cleaned using a combination of solution, surface cleaning and hot water. This is done to remove the joint sand and any organic material on the surface of stones. While the stones were left to dry for approximately 2 days, repairs needed were made; Sunken areas, edging, etc. After all repairs were made the entirety of stones were re sanded with Techniseal Next Gel polymeric joint sand. (Polymeric joint sand is not needed when sealing with a joint stabilizing sealer but can be if desired.) Immediately after the sanding was completed 2 coats of Trident Breakwall water based penetrating sealer was applied to the pool’s concrete. From there switching to Trident Cyclone Matte water based sealer for the pavers. The sealer will lock in the joint sand and provide protection for years to the pavers; leaving maintenance to be a breeze. Yearly soft wash cleanings are recommended after sealing.
