Beautiful Techo Bloc Blu 60 Patio Restoration Sealed With Trident Cat 5 in Bridgewater, NJ

Here is an absolute gem of a patio restoration completed in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This customer was referred to us by Demarco Brothers, a local paver and natural stone supplier located in Whitehouse, NJ. This is a 2 day project. The first day consists of prepping the pavers and the other hardscape for a proper sealing application; It is cleaned for organics, efflorescence and then everything is neutralized. There is then a brief drying period usually of 1-2 days but for unseen weather forecasts sometimes it may be longer. After the drying period the area is further prepped for sealing; Here the joints were re sanded with Techniseal Next Gel polymeric joint sand and effected overspray areas taped off. After prep the sealer is applied; Here the classic shale grey Techo Bloc Blu 60 patio with onyx black accents paired extremely well with Trident Hurricane Cat 5 Water Based Sealer. Cat 5 sealer is a joint stabilizing, color enhancing gloss sealer; leaving nothing but a beautiful sheen. The after pictures speak for themselves and this will last years to come with the proper maintenance. Suggested maintenance on a patio restoration is 1-2 soft washing per year and then in approximately 3-5 years a touch coat of sealer will be applied. Cleaning and Sanding is great but does not have the lasting effects to match a sealed surface. The upfront costs can get a bit pricey although they will outweigh future costs of needed to re do failed polymeric sand from improper maintenance. Sealing is the way to go the benefits are endless and just a gorgeous look all around leaving the pavement always looking sharp and crispy. Thank you Trident for making an excellent product line!
